I’m the founder of Scene + Styled, a mom of two, and someone who has always loved fashion.

Before focusing on this site, I worked for years as a fashion stylist in Philadelphia. That experience taught me a lot about clothes, styling, shopping, trends, and what actually works in real life.

In 2014, I also had a small editorial role with ELLE magazine. It was a short chapter, but it gave me a lot of motivation and reminded me how much I loved working with fashion and editorial content.

That experience became one of the reasons I wanted to come back to Scene + Styled and finally take it seriously.

Our Story

I started Scene + Styled in 2019.

At the time, I loved sharing outfits, shopping ideas, places, and things I found interesting. But if I’m being honest, I did not give the site the attention it really needed.

Life was busy, priorities changed, and Scene + Styled stayed more like a side project for a long time.

That changed in September 2026.

Now that I’m a stay-at-home mom, I finally have the time and commitment to build Scene + Styled into what I always wanted it to be.

We completely rebranded the site and gave it a fresh direction.

I’m now bringing all of my experience from styling, fashion, shopping, and editorial work into the ideas and content we create here.

I also get help from a few of my best friends who have great experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. We share ideas, talk about trends, and help each other make the content better.

Family Means Everything to Me

My family is everything to me.

These days, I’m home most of the time with my kids, and that has made me pay even more attention to the little details of everyday life.

What I wear. What feels comfortable. What is worth buying. What saves time. What looks good without being complicated.

Being at home has also given me more time to notice trends, look for ideas, compare products, and really think about what women can actually use in their daily lives.

A lot of what I share on Scene + Styled now comes from that mix of experience, being a stylist, working in editorial, and being a mom who is living a very real everyday life.

Scene:

For me, Scene is about inspiration.

It is the trends, ideas, products, places, and little discoveries that make you want to try something new.

I have always loved finding something good and immediately wanting to tell someone else about it.

That is still a big part of Scene + Styled.

Styled:

Styled is about making fashion feel easy.

I love putting outfits together, finding good deals, mixing affordable pieces with special items, and showing that style does not have to feel difficult.

I never want someone to look at an outfit and think:

“I love that, but I could never wear it.”

Most of the time, you can.

Sometimes you just need the right idea.
